Return Policy

Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your buying experience at Greco Promotions.

We will accept any unwashed/unworn merchandise items for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. We will not accept for return or exchange any packaged non-wearables, including CDs, DVDs, Books, or videos once opened. We will not accept any custom or personalized merchandise after art approval unless of manufacturers defect.

Please call 866-849-8266 immediately to request a Return Authorization Number. Please note, all returns and exchanges must be pre-authorized and authorization is required after 30 days after receipt of products.
